1. How long will it take to receive my order?

2. Where are my items being shipped from?
To ensure the fastest delivery, we ship from our two primary fulfillment centers:
• Jacksonville, North Carolina (USA) for North American orders.
• Waterloo, New South Wales (Australia) for Asia-Pacific orders.
Your order will be dispatched from the warehouse closest to your location.
3. How can I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number and a link to the carrier’s portal. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, certain personal care and pet grooming items cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us at support@allyouneedlife.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
8. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Yes, our pet collection is curated with safety as a priority. We provide detailed size guides and material descriptions for each product. If you have specific concerns regarding your pet’s needs, feel free to contact our support team.
10. What if my credit card was used without my permission?
If you suspect an unauthorized transaction, please contact us immediately at support@allyouneedlife.com. We can cancel the order and issue a 100% refund much faster (24-48 hours) than a bank dispute process (60-90 days). We are here to help you resolve fraud issues swiftly.
