Refund policy

At All You Need, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy below to understand your rights and the process for returns and refunds.


1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
• For hygiene-sensitive products (such as personal grooming tools, beauty devices, or intimate apparel), the security seal must be unbroken.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Personal care products with opened packaging (Electric shavers, trimmers, etc.).
• Perishable goods or customized/personalized items.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".
• Gift cards.
4. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our support team at owner.allyouneed@outlook.com with your Order Number and a brief description/photo of the reason for return.
2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the Return Shipping Address (USA or AU depending on your location).
3. Please package the item securely and provide us with the tracking number once shipped.
Note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
• Defective or Damaged Items: If the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, All You Need will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or send a replacement at no extra charge.
• Change of Mind: For standard returns (e.g., you no longer want the item), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. REFUNDS
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
• Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
7. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at owner.allyouneed@outlook.com.
8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
