1. SECURE PAYMENT PROCESSING
All transactions on our platform are processed through Shopify Payments, utilizing industry-leading Level 1 PCI DSS compliance. This ensures that your payment data is encrypted with AES-256 technology. While we facilitate the transaction, All You Need never stores or has access to your sensitive credit card information.
2. TRANSACTION MONITORING & VERIFICATION
To prevent unauthorized activity, our system automatically screens every order for high-risk indicators. This includes:
• Discrepancies between billing and shipping addresses.
• High-risk IP addresses or VPN usage.
• Multiple failed payment attempts.
• Unusual order patterns or high-value transactions from new accounts.
Note: We reserve the right to place any order on hold or cancel it if our security system flags it as potentially fraudulent.
3. UNAUTHORIZED CARD USAGE (STOLEN CARDS)
We understand the distress of discovering an unauthorized charge on your statement. If you believe your credit/debit card was used without your permission to place an order at All You Need:
• Please Contact Us Immediately: Reach out to our dedicated security team at support@allyouneedlife.com.
• Order Cancellation & Immediate Refund: If the order has not yet been fulfilled, we will stop the shipment immediately, cancel the order, and issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method.
• Our Stance: We do not want, nor do we benefit from, transactions made with stolen or unauthorized cards. We are committed to working with victims to rectify these situations swiftly.
4. IMPORTANT: CONTACT US BEFORE FILING A BANK DISPUTE
We kindly ask that you contact our support team before initiating a formal dispute or chargeback with your bank.
• Speed of Resolution: A bank dispute can take 60 to 90 days to investigate and resolve. If you contact us directly, we can typically verify the fraud and process your refund within 24 to 48 hours.
• Avoiding Complications: Direct communication allows us to flag the fraudulent account and provide necessary documentation to help you secure your banking credentials.
5. FRAUDULENT DISPUTES (FRIENDLY FRAUD)
Please be advised that "Friendly Fraud" (receiving an item and then filing a dispute to gain a refund) is illegal. All You Need documents every delivery with tracking information and signature confirmation where applicable. We will vigorously defend our business against false claims and report fraudulent disputes to the appropriate authorities and global blacklists.
6. IDENTITY VERIFICATION REQUESTS
In certain cases, we may request additional verification (such as a photo of the cardholder's ID or the physical card with sensitive numbers hidden) to confirm the legitimacy of a high-value purchase. Failure to provide verification within 48 hours will result in an automatic cancellation and refund of the order.
